I’m a retired professional athlete turned coach. My passion for sport carried over into my education and now flows towards helping my clients reach their goals and navigate this confusing world of wellness information.
Who I am
I’m a strength & conditioning coach, nutritional therapy consultant, and wellness coach. Originally from Florida, I became devoted to athletics at a young age and eventually turned that passion into a full-time career. While in high school, I was invited to be a resident athlete at the Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs, CO. I spent the next 4 years dedicating my life to the sport of Taekwondo, competing worldwide, and representing the USA. After retiring I returned to Florida and shifted my dedication towards education. I received a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Miami and later completed a Master’s program in Exercise and Sports Sciences from FIU. Upon graduation my dedication now shifted to helping other’s reach their goals. I returned to Colorado to complete a strength & conditioning internship at the Olympic Training Center and eventually teamed up to open a successful gym in Miami, FL, that is still running today, which included sports performance, martial arts, and one of South Florida’s 1st CrossFit programs. In 2016, after completing a yearlong intensive nutritional therapy program, I added this element to my coaching toolbox. I believe optimal wellness is reached by taking a bird’s eye view of one’s lifestyle and taking into account fitness, nutrition, sleep, stress, and relationships. My passion is to guide my clients towards their goals and watch them reach their full potential.
